1. Think of a problem in life or work.

  2. Come up with 3 specific ways your life will be different when the problem is solved.

  3. Come up with 3 fix ideas as quickly as possible. Not good, not feasible, not affordable. Yes FAST, yes WHIMSICAL, yes EXPENSIVE--I don't know, maybe one idea actually seems good.

  4. Pick the wildest or stupidest idea.

  5. Come up with 3 modifications to make so that idea just might work...

  6. Put the first step to take to implement that change on your Calendar for Saturday morning (or any day/time you'd like).
