Presence, Play, and Process:
An Experiential Lab for Clinicians
A structured experiential space to reconnect with presence, flexibility, and relational aliveness in clinical work.
Therapy is meaningful — and often heavy.
This experiential practice space offers therapists a supportive environment to step out of problem-solving mode and reconnect with curiosity, spontaneity, and relational presence through thoughtfully facilitated experiential exercises.
No improv experience required.
Observation is a complete form of participation.
WHY THIS EXISTS
Many therapists spend their days holding complexity, uncertainty, and emotional intensity. Over time, the work can feel isolating, overly cognitive, or disconnected from the sense of play and aliveness that first drew us to the field.
This space is designed as a place where clinicians can reconnect with relational experience — through structured exercises that invite curiosity, perspective-shifting, and shared exploration.
Sessions blend laughter, levity, and insight with thoughtful reflection.
WHAT THIS IS
Experiential and relationally focused
Structured yet flexible
Grounded and reflective with moments of play
Designed for therapists across orientations
A space to practice being therapists — without clients present.
WHAT THIS IS NOT
Improv performance training
Group therapy
Case consultation
Role-play heavy or pressure-driven.
Participation is always optional. Observing is fully welcome.
